My Story
I found out about Scentsy in the fall 2010 at the Big Bear Octoberfest when I smelled this wonderful scent wafting through the air. I followed my nose to the Scentsy booth to investigate. I immediately loved the whole concept of wickless candles. I purchased my first warmer and plug-in and booked a party for three weeks later. I took my new Scentsy home and plugged them in. Within minutes, I was enjoying my home smelling like roasted pecans, buttery caramel and cinnamon sugar. I was in heaven. I was really excited to share Scentsy with my friends. We had a great time at the party smelling all the scents and picking out warmers and plug-ins for our homes and travel tins for our cars. We all loved the fun and homey feel of the party. As the evening continued, I was even more impressed with my consultant, Alisa, the Scentsy business plan, the mission statement, and the quality of the Scentsy products. I decided that night to become a Scentsy Consultant One year to the date of me starting my business, I earned my position as a Director. How many company's can you move up the corporate ladder in a year and one month to become a Director? With Scentsy you can move up and expand your business as quickly and as big as you want! My husband, and best friend was forced to medically retired many years ago. We switched roles, while he was at home, I was away working many long hours. Then about four years ago we started caring for my in-laws. Life got a little crazy. I tried working part-time, but having a stringent schedule wasn’t working either. Scentsy has allowed me to work my business around our schedule and allowed me to quit my job, have the flexibility I need, set new goals for our life, and best of all have a good time doing it. Now, I’m home when I need to be and working when I want to. I am enjoying my adventure with Scentsy, the new people I meet, and helping my customers make their world smell a whole lot better safely. I love my team, $cents to Riche$ and helping them to succeed with their business, their goals, and dreams.
